Everything is as described. Installation is dead easy and of course, it's a perfect fit. A thermal pad is included though i opted to use some thermal paste i had on hand instead, and that seemed to work fine (there's no apparent gap between the soc and the heatsink). The heatsink works fine with the common n508 case: there's just enough clearance inside for both it and the case's fan, though they practically touch.
