Very bad service, no common sense, not follow their own policy. May be cheaters. Do not buy from them. Ordered in feb, product has never come. In may, asked them through message center, the cs always pushed back to wait; after a few more weeks, they even asked me to contact my local post office for the item, without providing any tracking number nor assistance. Of course my local office cannot help. I asked this store for refund, because in their policy statement they guarantee to refund if no delivery within 35 days. But they insisted to resend, no refund even they have the policy in place. A few days passed, no resend. How does aliexpress manage these cheating stores?
