1. All items will be shipped out within 1-7 business days.

2. Method of shipping: 해외 Standard Shipping, China Post Registered Air Mail, DHL, EMS, ePacket;

3. We will only ship the parcel to the confirmed address generated by 해외. Therefore, as we do not change your address by email, please ensure your shipping address is correct on 해외 before checking out and processing payment.

4. If you have not received your parcel within 30 days from payment, please contact us timely. We will therefore track it down and get back to you asap.

5. Buyers are responsible for any tax or VAT. Any problems caused by customs in your country, we will not be responsible for it.

Warranty and Returns

1. Warranty: 1 year only.

2. 30 days returns/refunds accepted (but excluded items that have been misused or damaged). However, shipping costs may be borne by the buyer if you do not like the product and expect to return it for a refund.
